Resource Point's Community Tool is a guide to the social service resources in your local area. (Central Florida Counties: Seminole, Orange, Lake, Brevard, Volusia, Polk, Osceola). It includes an overview of social services providers, how to obtain those community services, and some examples of major service providers in each area. Agency profiles include address, phone numbers, web, and email addresses, hours, disability access, program fees if any, Intake / Application process, i.e. eligibility requirements, volunteer opportunities, and service descriptions.

Two Search Options are available: Basic Search and Search the Decision Tree.

Basic Search - search query will look at both physical location of the provider as well as the geographic areas served. Search options by ALL LOCATIONS, CITY, COUNTY, ZIP CODE. In addition to a geographical search, you can include words or phases to help narrow the set of search results by typing values into TERM text box or by selecting from a defined list of keywords in the TERM LIST.

Search the Decision Tree - Is another method for you to search for service providers. This search method requires you to answer a series of questions that narrow down the available agencies/organizations.
